The 2nd meeting of the Scientific Board meeting of GABA will take place on friday October 5 2007 in Dresden, Germany, in conjunction with the 2007 European Conference on Complex Systems, and the Complexity Research Projects forum organized by the GIACS NEST-coordinated action.
